Boutique Couture was a very high-end, high-priced, and high-security clothing shop in Lumiose City, Kalos. It had clothes of all of the world's top brands. Due to a variety of security measures, they hadn't had a break-in in twenty years. That streak was being ended tonight, as five men in black uniforms ran up and down the stairs, loading large trash bags with expensive clothing and accessories from both floors of the shop. Their uniforms sported a bold red "R" on the front, though the icon would be unrecognized this far from Kanto and Johto.
"Come on, dude, finish packing the bags and let's get out of here!" a black-masked man ordered.

Lightning Dust in Cartiff
Lightning Dust had no idea what she'd been getting into when she said she was interested in the job offer from "Star Hunter". He'd said he was a military contractor, but as far as she knew of, Cartiff didn't have any military bases, and especially not right by the bay. She was a little confused as she walked around in front of a monument, over which a never-ending waterfall flowed. She waved down a passing pony.
"Um, hey, sorry, I'm looking for somepony named Star Hunter? He says he's a captain?" Lightning asked. The pony's eyes widened, and she scurried off without saying a word. "Oh, well, thanks!" Lightning shouted after the mare.

Spike paced in front of Princess Celestia impatiently, gripping his head to think. The memories blurred so easily... he couldn't forget her. Princess Celestia watched him, worry obvious on her face.
"I'm telling you, Princess, Twilight Sparkle was your student. Is your student, I mean," Spike said, finally looking up at the Princess. "Without her, I wouldn't be here. Princess Luna wouldn't be-"
"What did you say?" Celestia asked, her ears flying up attentively.
"I said, I wouldn't be here, and Princess Luna wouldn't be back on the throne." Spike repeated.
Celestia was silent at his words. Her head turned slowly to a stained glass window on th
Pinkie bounced down the stairs of Sugarcube Corner, spotting Pound and Pumpkin on the floor. She slid a small cake between them with a smile. She had a party hat atop her head.
"Happy monthiversary," she told the foals.
Cup Cake looked up upon the introduction, and almost instinctively reached beneath the table for a triangle. Pinkie simply smiled and shook her head at the mare, though.
"No song?" Cup Cake asked, obviously a bit confused.
"Nope. I was busy. I couldn't find the time to write one up," Pinkie answered.
"You write them?" Cup Cake asked. "I thought they were made up on the spot."

Twilight Sparkle was clothed in a gown as black as night, with her Element on top of her head. The purple crystal had turned a much darker shade, and a small crack had appeared on the edge. Her eyes were a bright green, and seemed to flare like the fires of Tartarus. All around her were almost equine shadows upon the ground, though nopony seemed to be casting them.
In front of her stood Ponyville, with only five mares standing between her and the town. Her friends - former friends - had taken defensive stances. They all had around their necks their respective Elements.
"Twilight, please, don't do this," Applejack said, taking a cautious step
Part four of a series. Read "The Last Party", "The Speed of Light", and "Kindness Never Dies" first.
A mature Spike and Sweetie Belle stood together beside an ornate bed. On the other side of the bed were Apple Bloom and two elderly figures: Applejack and Twilight Sparkle. Lying on the bed between them was Rarity, fast asleep and her breathing shallow. The three holders of the Elements of Harmony all had their Elements on.
"Can you save her?" Sweetie Belle asked Twilight, her voice pleading. Her eyes held all the signs of recent tears.
"I'll do what I can, but she's very sick," Twilight answered. "Spike, help us. We'll need fresh blankets an
Six mares were seated around a table in Twilight Sparkle's library. They were, of course, the friends who represented the Elements of Harmony. Twilight was seated behind a cardboard screen. On the table were dozens of different dice, as well as a board with five pony-shaped figures on it, along with what appeared to be a giant green dragon.
"Alright, Rainbow Dash, it's your turn," Twilight said. She raised her eyes above the board cautiously, while Rainbow went over a sheet of paper in front of herself.
"I cast Lightning Bolt, followed by a Quickened Shield," Rainbow announced. Applejack stared at Rainbow as if she'd lost her mind.

Daring Do strutted in front of two young, awed adventurers. One was Pipsqueak, a pinto-colored Earth-pony stallion with a compass and grappling hook for a Cutie Mark. The other was Pumpkin Cake, an orange unicorn filly, sporting a bushy mane and a glittering slice of orange custard cake on her flank.
In reality, the Daring Do in front of them was merely a fictional character. Twilight Sparkle had zapped them into the book by their request, as they'd hoped to improve their skills.
"So, you want to learn all about adventuring, do you?" Daring asked them.
"Yes, ma'am," Pipsqueak answered.
"Then let the training begin!"

Rain Drummer lived almost on the opposite side of the wealth line from High Life. While she was loathe to bring it up in front of her friends, she and her parents were often disheartened by their lack of money.
She walked into a small apartment in the downtown of Manehattan, where she immediately smelled soup cooking on the stove. She ran into the room to find her mother, a pegasus named Cloud Crackle.
"Hi, mom," Rain greeted, as she threw her saddlebags to the floor by the kitchen door.
"Hello, Rain. How was school? You aren't still getting picked on, I hope," Cloud replied.
"It was fine today. Ruby helped me out," Rain said. "But, I mean, t

Hello. I am legomaster00156. I am in high school, and I am very much a gamer. I have... underdeveloped artistic skills for my age (the best I can draw is a freaking STICK FIGURE). However, I do take pride in my somewhat-decent talent for writing, which I attempting to hone to a point. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Remember: I LOVE getting reviews for my literature, positive or negative! The only thing I really can't accept is obvious flaming and/or trolling. If you found a flaw, let me know how I can improve politely!
Current Residence: Tennessee Operating System: Windows Wallpaper of choice: Currently, a 10th Doctor fanart. Skin of choice: My own skin. :P
Free art. Yeah. Probably not gonna happen, but my entire savings of $10 are for Christmas, and I want someone to draw the Manehattan CMC. I've got some basic, crude versions of their designs via Pony Creator, but there's no way I'm showing those except to get turned into real art. So, if anyone knows any decent request artists that might be willing to draw a picture of 7 foals, please let me know.
Somebody spammed Equestria Daily's comments with one of my stories, and now I'm being blamed. I don't even go to EQD! I love that people like my stories, but I don't want anyone to think that's appropriate behavior.
